That’s good; the fat-loss ninja. Nice. That’s why they call you Ninja Man, eh?

Dan:  

Yeah, that’s why they call me Ninja Man. Actually, there’s another story why they call me Ninja Man, but we won’t go into that right now.

Yuri:  

Awesome, buddy. Well, thanks a lot for taking the time and sharing all this information with us.

I’m sure our readers and listeners are obviously gonna take some really kinda key elements out of this interview. Anything you wanna kinda finish off with before we end the call?

Dan:  

Yeah, actually, just give a couple more tips on the fasting, especially when it comes to the sixteen-eight fasting. You know, if people do try it out, make sure you drink lots of water.

Make sure you grab a powder form of branched-chain amino acids for your workouts. Definitely for each meal, you know, I want you to eat tons of veggies, and also do the metabolic-resistance training circuits that we just talked about to burn fat because, you know, you can’t lose weight and lose fat just by diet alone; you must incorporate some form of resistance training in there.

And also, just the last thing, I have to say that Yuri, your cleansing diet that you just showed a couple of my subscribers—actually, a lot of my subscribers—they love it and they’ve actually seen some amazing results.

Yuri:  

Awesome.

Dan:  

I can’t, like, big that product up enough. That is, like, one of the best products out there, and it’s also a natural cleanse as well.

Yuri:  

It is, it is. Well, thanks a lot. I mean, part of it was that there was so much junk out there in terms of the cleansing market that we wanted to basically just show people how to eat properly to cleanse their body naturally.

And it’s great that it’s worked out really well for your clients. I mean, the testimonies that we receive are pretty ridiculous, so I’m happy that you were able to recommend it to your people and I appreciate it.

Dan:  

Yeah, for sure, for sure, anytime. I mean, I’ll only recommend actual products that work, and that product actually, like, I still have to put that product on to my own body. I think I’m gonna use that for a little bit of a cut, but definitely, I mean, that product is amazing.

Yuri:
